1. Information We Collect

We collect various types of information to provide and improve our Platform and services to both organizations and their learners.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account and Profile Data: When organizations (schools or businesses) sign up for an account, they provide details like organization name, contact person's name, email address, phone number, and billing information. Learners (students) may provide their name, email address, and other profile details when registering or enrolling in courses.

Course Content: Organizations upload course materials, videos, documents, quizzes, and other educational content. This content may contain personal information if provided by the organization.

Communications: Information you provide when contacting us for support, inquiries, or feedback.

Payment Information: If organizations directly process payments through our platform for selling courses, we collect necessary payment details (e.g., credit card information). This is often handled by third-party payment processors, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with the Platform, such as pages visited, courses accessed, completion rates, time spent on content, quiz scores, and other activity data. For learners, this data is shared with the organization offering the course.

This allows organizations to manage their learners and monitor their educational programs.
  • With Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, data storage, payment processing, analytics, customer support). These providers have access to your information only to perform these tasks and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, in response to a court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

Our Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 without the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
